Come and experience Bayi Gardiya (Singing Desert) by Dr Christian Thompson AO.
In this 360-degree immersive moving image and sound experience, Christian Thompson invites audiences to walk through the landscape of the Sixth Mile, the swimming hole where his family have swum for generations. Here they will witness Thompson bridging the past and the present, conjuring images and sensations of how the land once was as he sings in his traditional Bidjara language, a recognised lost language.
