After retiring eight years ago I began taking art classes. Before retiring I worked as a chef both locally and in Melbourne.

I found inspiration for Harvest Food from my time working as a chef, the glorious local produce in Sunraysia, and old menus gifted to me by my brother in law — from his time working in New York.
