Red Dirt comes from my upbringing inMildura, where I lived until I was 18 years old. I have vivid memories of the dust storms and the film of red dirt that would settle on each and every surface following the storm.

The work is my way of capturing the native beauty of the flora and fauna and warmth ofMildura summers and the hot and windy storms that come with it.
